At LEM, during our nearly 40 years of experience we have developed innovative techniques when it comes to the application of fibreglass to create helmets with maximum safety and minimum weight, satisfactorily meeting requirements of European standardisation ECE 22.05, as well as the standards of other parts of the world- Brazil and United States.

At our facilities, we have the laboratories equipped with the most up-to-date technology necessary for the development and improvement of the helmet.

Our technicians live and breathe motorbiking and they know that the most important thing is your safety, but without losing the thrill of the road and the pleasure of movement. They are knowledgeable of and use new solutions in materials and geometries, whether applying their creations to the top of thermoplastic or fibreglass skulls.

Expanded polystyrene (PS) is utilized for or the interior casing. At LEM we adjust the densities of our helmets in a way that optimizes them when it comes to absorbing the energy of a possible impact.
